One luxury penthouse complex is not like the other! You might ask yourself what represents true high end living? Some expensive apartment complexes provide everything you could want except for the personal attention that is most important. Not so for one apartment complex in the greater Fort Collins area. Not only to they provide everything from beautifully appointed unit they have a theater, fitness center, gardens, covered parking and a common area for socializing.
This company approached us about a year ago looking for a new company to provide their Colorado welcome gifts for their new tenant gifts. They had been working with another Fort Collins gift basket company that just didn't seem to value them as a customer. We met to discuss what they needed and I provided them with some samples of gifts within their budget to use as welcome gifts to new and renewing leaseholders.
